Our office team will furnish you with a free estimate and a comprehensive scope of work document. After signing the agreement, providing a deposit, and receiving your confirmation, we'll set a start date for the project.
OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Throughout the entire construction journey, our team of builders and dedicated back-end office support staff remains committed to keeping you informed, seeking your input, and ensuring that your preferences are carefully considered at every stage.
Pre-Construction and Rough-in Stage
- Setup and establishment of build site rules.
- Creation of 2D and 3D designs with multiple options until your final design approval.
- Hoarding installation and home preparations to prevent damage.
- Permit acquisition for the upcoming work.
- Commencement of material deliveries to the job site.
Construction
- Framing walk-through and completion.
- Electrical walk-through and completion.
- Plumbing rough-in completion.
- On-site city inspections are conducted before proceeding.
- Drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding of walls and ceiling.
- Addition of ceiling texture if applicable.
- Hanging and casing of windows and doors, along with baseboard installation.
Final touches
- Integration of elements that bring the project together, including flooring, lighting, switches, and plugs.
- Installation of bathroom fixtures and necessary vanity.
- Application of final coats of paint to walls.
- Continuous inspections with your involvement to ensure alignment with your expectations.
